Luštica Bay – A Luxury Haven on the Adriatic
Luštica Bay is perfectly situated on the Adriatic coast in the idyllic bay of Trašte, which borders the historically significant village of Radovići to the east. Just 80 kilometers from Podgorica Airport and 10 kilometers from Tivat Airport, Luštica Bay provides access to one of the world’s richest natural and historical landscapes.

Luštica Development AD was founded in 2008. The company is a joint venture between Orascom Development Ltd. (90%) and the Government of Montenegro (10%).
As with all Orascom projects, the implementation of our plans is overseen by a national project company. Therefore, Luštica Development AD develops the project, constructs, manages, and serves as a local partner for multiple generations. The emblem of Lustica Development AD reflects our connection to the land and its people. It represents a stylized historical ornament of Montenegrin culture—a flower from the decoration of traditional folk costumes. This emblem links the beautiful nature with tradition and history, both in our name and in our project.
