Porto Montenegro

Porto Montenegro – The First Luxury Marina in the Boka kotorska bay

Porto Montenegro, has earned its place on the map of favorite destinations for global yachting clients and cosmopolitans from all corners of the world. In just five years, what began as a presentation model evolved into a luxury brand and one of the most advanced tourism products.

In addition to the marina, the Porto Montenegro complex—designed to meet all the expectations of yacht owners, crew members, and other clients—features spacious waterfront apartments, unique restaurants, lively cafés, and a wide selection of sports, recreational, and cultural activities and events.

The marina currently offers 250 secured berths for yachts ranging from 12 to 150 meters in length. An additional 185 berths are under construction, more than 50 of which will accommodate superyachts over 45 meters long.

Porto Montenegro – A Cosmopolitan Seaside Community

Porto Montenegro, which already represents a community of international character, is an intimate urban enclave located directly on the seafront and along a scenic promenade. It features high-quality residential units—from one-bedroom to four-bedroom apartments, duplexes, and penthouses.

The residential area currently consists of five completed buildings: Teuta, Ozana, Zeta, Milena, and Tara, with a total of 128 residential units.

A new residential building, Ksenija, is scheduled for completion in summer 2015. Designed by the London-based firm Reardon Smith Architects and MHZ from Paris, the building will offer 48 apartments, a private pool and gym for residents, and a central courtyard with cafés and shops. Along the promenade—from Pine waterfront to the Teuta building and throughout the marina village—visitors will enjoy Mediterranean architecture.

The opening of the luxurious Regent Hotel and Residences is planned for summer 2014. This spectacular waterfront property, also designed by Reardon Smith Architects, will include 80 units, featuring both hotel rooms and residences. The terracotta-colored roof, aesthetic inspired by Venice, and Italian palazzi seen throughout the Bay reflect the centuries-long Venetian influence in the region.

The grand central lobby, offering sweeping views of the sea and surrounding mountains, leads to a peaceful “water garden” with a submerged stone walkway connected to a “private island” designed for dinners and exclusive events. Created by Tino Zervudachi, the ground floor will house a café, restaurant, cigar lounge, and library bar, offering a wide range of hospitality services.

Now in the final stage of construction, sales of the Regent-branded residences have exceeded all expectations.
