Tourist Flower 2020 – Photo contest
6-May-2020For the 27th year in a row, the Tourist Organization of Tivat is organizing the action “Tourist Flower”.
Tourist Flower is an award of the Tourist Organization of Tivat, which is traditionally awarded and aims to encourage the citizens of Tivat to give their contribution in the horticultural sense of their backyards, balconies and other green areas, which together with other factors affect raising the quality of tourism and promotion town.
The mentioned action, which is organized within the Magnolia Day, this year, due to the situation caused by the COVID-19 virus, will be held online, through a photo competition on the website www.tivat.travel.
The photo competition will be open on May 8, and the submission of photos will last until June 1, when the commission will select the best in the following categories:
- Most beautiful house garden yard
- Most beautiful balcony
- Most beautiful magnolia tree
- Most beautiful green area front of the Hotel/Restaurant
- Horticultural landscaping – a creative detail
- Award for the most beautiful horticultural arrangement that will have the most votes through online voting (from the above categories)
Photos must be submitted to the e-mail address tivatravel@gmail.com. The Tourist Organization of Tivat will publish all photos for online voting on June 1 on the Facebook page of the Tourist Organization. Online voting will close on June 9 at 8 p.m.
The list of winners will be announced on June 10, when the winners will be notified where and when they can pick up their awards and prizes.
